Thoughtful edits, not shortcuts. Review your draft and follow the rules of your school or workplace.
How to use the grammar checker
This is a focused rule-based checker for common mechanical problems. It catches adjacent repeated words, spacing, duplicate punctuation, lowercase sentence starts, and selected errors such as “could of.” Suggestions involving context are left for you to review.

Give it your final read
Review the change list and contextual suggestions. The checker cannot catch every grammar error.
Clarity, about the tool too.
Honest answers. No perfect-writing promises.
Does this replace a full grammar editor?
No. It does not provide comprehensive syntax, dialect, spelling, or context-sensitive grammar checking.
Are suggestions applied automatically?
Only the supported mechanical rules are applied. Contextual suggestions appear separately and require your judgment.
What are the limits?
Local tools support up to 3,000 words and 50,000 characters. Generative AI is currently unavailable; all working edits use local rules. TXT and Markdown files up to 1 MiB are supported. English is the only supported language.
What happens to my text?
Your draft stays in browser memory until you clear it or leave the page. We do not save it to a server or local storage. This release downloads no model files. Read the privacy policy.
